SUCCESSFUL GROUNDBREAKING FORMALLY LAUNCHES APARTMENTS AT SANATOGA GREENE
Pottstown, PA - On Thursday, December 16, 2021, Castle Sanatoga, LLC (Castle Sanatoga), and manager, Lincoln Property Company, formally launched the highly anticipated Apartments at Sanatoga Greene. The morning of the event, project executives, integral guests and local municipal officials were greeted with light fare, welcome statements, construction schedules, ceremonial first shovels of earth and near perfect December construction weather.
After casual conversation and catch-up, Ted Drauschak, Managing Partner with Castle Sanatoga, LLC, kicked off the event with a formal welcome statement. In his discussion, Mr. Drauschak thanked everyone for attending, discussed his lifelong connection to the Lower Pottsgrove community, the project site and the site development process. He also touched on the overall trajectory of the Sanatoga Greene mixed use development project, which includes not only the Apartments at Sanatoga Greene, but also Medical Office Building and Townhome components as well. The many components of the Sanatoga Greene all add up to the newest, largest, and most strategically located mixed use community currently offered in Montgomery County, PA and the surrounding region. Mr. Drauschak also extended a big “Thank You” to Castle Sanatoga partner, H&K Group, Inc., for their impeccable site work, design/engineering support and project management assistance on the project. He also introduced Burkey Construction Company of Reading, PA, who have been engaged as the General Contractor for the Apartments at Sanatoga Greene project.
With this, Mr. Drauschak then turned the focus back to the Apartments at Sanatoga Greene by introducing its manager, Lincoln Property Company, and Vice President, Bill Biles. Mr. Biles graciously thanked the Castle Sanatoga partnership for the opportunity and all in attendance for recognizing the significance of the event. Mr. Biles then touched on the details of the Apartments of Sanatoga Greene itself. These included 1- and 2-bedroom upscale studio apartments with private patios, LVT flooring, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, large cast marble-walled showers, open-concept layouts and much more. Mr. Biles was also excited to announce that the planned community would include a heated saltwater pool, resident clubhouse and amenity deck, outdoor kitchen with barbecue areas, grass play area, outdoor fire pits, golf simulator building, game room, fitness center and yoga studio, pet wash, package distribution room, individual garages with available electric vehicle charging stations, and more. Mr. Biles then directed attention to the architectural renderings provided to highlight the upscale feel of the community and closed his statements with expected delivery of the first units by Fall 2022.
